The Alternate Ending is either the same result as the Normal Ending, or it’s far, far worse.
So, don’t read it if you want maintain this tunnel vision. You obviously already know the story, but it’s easy to overlook the below information if you really want to think there’s a happy ending to this game. It told me to reinstall the game, which I did, and when I got back in, it told me the same thing.
